RETURN POLICY

Once orders have been sent out to couriers LAYALI is no longer responsible for missing, late or undelivered packages. With each order you should be sent a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled and it is recommended to monitor your order until delivered.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a full refund, all items must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.
